My blood report shows high ALT and AST values. How serious is this condition, and what steps or measures should I take to address it?

Mildly raised ALT and AST indicate liver inflammation that is often reversible. Adopt a liver friendly diet, avoid alcohol and fatty foods. Repeat a Liver Function Test in 4 to 6 weeks. Review follow up results with your physician to guide ongoing care.
