I just received my blood report, which shows SGOT/SGPT levels of 42 and 45.36. What do these values mean? I am currently in the 8th month of pregnancy and hoping for a normal delivery. I have also been diagnosed with gestational diabetes and high blood pressure during this pregnancy. Could you please advise if these liver enzyme levels are concerning and what I should do next?

I am suffering from jaundice for the last one week. Before one week my test report showed serum conjugated bilirubin is 4.20 and serum unconjugated bilirubin is 1.90.
