These findings suggest mild liver enzyme elevation and possible early vitamin B12/folate deficiency. Even without alcohol intake, liver function can be affected by fatty liver or medicines. Consider checking B12, folate, and ultrasound.

I have been experiencing a fever of around 100F for the past 7 days, along with constant headache, body aches, and intermittent chills.
