My daughter has been diagnosed with jaundice caused by the Hepatitis A virus. Additionally, her blood report shows a positive result for typhoid. Kindly suggest an effective treatment plan.

I have been experiencing body pain and fever. My doctor suggested a blood test for dengue (IgG/IgM/NS1), SGPT/SGOT, and CBC, as these symptoms could indicate a dengue infection. My test results are as follows: Dengue IgG/IgM/NS1: Negative SGPT: 161 SGOT: 158 CBC report: attached Could you please advise whether I have a dengue infection or if it might be something else?
