My recent Liver Function Test results are as follows: Bilirubin Total: 0.65 mg/dL (Normal: 0.00 to 1.10) Bilirubin Direct: 0.17 mg/dL (Normal: 0.00 to 0.20) Bilirubin Indirect: 0.48 mg/dL (Normal: 0.00 to 1.10) AST (SGOT): 28.5 U/L (Normal: 18.0 to 37.0) ALT (SGPT): 47.3 U/L (Normal: 0.0 to 40.0) Could you please explain what these results mean? Is there any concern, particularly with the ALT being slightly above normal?

Hi, my report says SGPT 54, SGOT 106, fatty liver grade 2. I have a history of alcohol consumption (2 or 3 pegs a week). I also consume omega 6 capsule daily.
