I am having jaundice. Total bilirubin is 1.4, direct bilirubin is 0.4, and indirect bilirubin is 1. Is this normal?

Hi, my report says SGPT 54, SGOT 106, fatty liver grade 2. I have a history of alcohol consumption (2 or 3 pegs a week). I also consume omega 6 capsule daily. I am following a diet but am confused about what to avoid. Currently, I am not taking any masala, salt, sugar, or any type of junk food. Any suggestions?
