My blood report shows a Mantoux test result with an induration of 22 mm, which is positive. What does this indicate?

22 mm is strongly positive and suggests TB exposure. A doctor may advise chest Xray or further TB tests depending on symptoms.

View allMy wife died because of tuberculosis and because of that one of the doctors started treatment for TB with INH saying that there is a possibility my baby might have got some germs of tuberculosis. However, according to the results of the Montoux test, CBC report, chest X ray, and TB gold test, my baby is absolutely fine. Should I take her to another doctor for a checkup or start the tuberculosis treatment, which I am aware she is not suffering from? Please help me as I know once the treatment for tuberculosis is started, the full treatment must be completed even if the problem is not there.

I have been suffering from fever for the past month and there is a tumour-like swelling around my neck area. A doctor advised me to go for a USG-guided biopsy. In my report, it says features are suggestive of granulomatous lymphadenitis. No evidence of malignancy is noticed. What does it mean?

I am a TB patient having fluid in my lungs and pain in the chest due to the fluid. Some fluid was removed previously by a doctor and checked in the lab which confirmed TB.
