My blood report shows mild anisocytosis and mild eosinophilia. Could you please suggest the way forward? What does this indicate and what should I do next?

Mild anisocytosis indicates variation in red cell size, often due to mild iron or B12 deficiency. Eosinophilia may suggest allergy or parasitic infection. Both are usually manageable with supplements or treatment if symptoms present.
Dr. Kamran Suggests...
Take a COMPLETE BLOOD COUNT (CBC) Test or Take a VITAMIN B12 Test

View allPlease see the attached picture of my white tongue. I had oral sex and took HIV ELISA and CMIA tests at 5 weeks, 5 months, and 24 weeks after exposure, all were negative. However, I still have a white coating on my tongue (which I can scrape off in the morning while brushing) and occasional joint pain. I read on the internet that these could be symptoms of HIV, and I have been very worried for months. Are my test results conclusive, or do I need further testing?

I am currently taking Selekon XL 50 mg and Amfast 40 mg for blood pressure, which is well controlled. My weight is 65 kg and my height is 5.6. However, over the past few days, I have been experiencing symptoms such as stomach bloating, weakness, tiredness, tinnitus, numbness in fingers while sleeping, and a sensation of hot feet. My recent blood test showed a low Vitamin B12 level at 172.9 pg per mL. Additionally, my VLDL is 51 and my cholesterol/HDL ratio is 6.46. I am looking for suggestions on how to manage these issues and whether any treatment or lifestyle changes are needed. Thank you.
