I am a 45 year old lady and I have a very bad ulcer problem, not only in my mouth but also in my stomach. Most of the time, I feel a warm sensation in my mouth and stomach. I have completely avoided spicy food for 4 months, but nothing has improved. Please let me know what I should do and what this problem is exactly called? My test report shows that the scope passed till D2. D1 shows duodenitis, D2 is normal. The stomach shows antral gastritis with a normal body and fundus. The GE junction is at 35 cm with a hiatus hernia. The esophagus shows esophagitis. The impression is antral gastritis and duodenitis with hiatus hernia.

I have attached my latest blood report and ultrasound. Could you please help me understand which organs might be involved, and whether I can take Rifaximin or Rifagut 200 mg for dyspepsia and gastritis? I would like guidance on the best treatment for dyspepsia, gastritis, and fatty liver.

These mildly raised liver enzymes are not usually a contraindication for surgery. Inform your surgeon and anesthetist. Maintain a healthy diet and avoid alcohol.
