My blood report shows TPHA positive. Please suggest the treatment or medicine for this condition. It is urgent because I need to travel to Saudi Arabia soon

TPHA positive means past or current syphilis. You need benzathine penicillin G injection UNDER EXPERT CONSULTATION (2.4 million units IM, single dose). Confirm stage of infection before dosing. Delay travel until treatment is documented and the response is confirmed.

I recently underwent a VDRL test, and the result came back as reactive with a titer of 1:8. I understand this may indicate syphilis. I will be consulting my doctor as well, but I would like to know what the usual course of treatment is for this condition. I have attached my report for your reference. Please guide me.

I have never had sexual activity. Recently, during treatment for an anal fissure, I got a blood test. The results were: VDRL: Reactive TPHA: 10 (Negative) TPAB: 0.18 (Negative) I have no symptoms apart from the anal fissure, which is now cured. I am worried about these results. Could you please suggest what my next steps should be?
