I also feel fever between 99 degrees and 100 degrees F in the evening with body pain, especially in the lower body like legs, ankles, and lower back. I have attached my report. Please tell me what to do?

I would like guidance on the best treatment for dyspepsia, gastritis, and fatty liver.

My blood test report shows SGPT 75 and total bilirubin 0.87. I am taking the following medicines: Ursokem 300, one tablet twice daily; Silybon syrup, two teaspoons twice daily; Sorbiline syrup, two teaspoons three times daily. Please suggest what I should do?

Mildly raised SGPT suggests liver stress. Continue medication, avoid fatty foods, alcohol and recheck liver function. Do the required liver panel tests.
