My brother had a pacemaker put in five years ago at Narayana Hrudayalaya. Can he get married and have a normal sex life without it affecting his health? Just want to make sure it's safe for him.

View allI've been having this pain on the left side of my chest for the past couple of days. I initially thought it was just gas, but today it felt like someone was squeezing my heart for about 5 minutes. Should I be worried about this?
Based on your symptoms, it is important to rule out any serious underlying conditions such as a heart attack. It is recommended to seek immediate medical attention. In the meantime, you can take Aspirin 325mg for possible heart-related pain.

I'm really concerned about my mom's health. She's 58 and has been dealing with high blood pressure for a while now and taking Tamson 40 for the past 8 years. In addition to that, for the last 3 years, she's been on Atorfit CV 10 for some heart problems. The doctor recommended she stay on Atorfit CV 10 for life, but I'm worried. Is taking this medicine for life safe for her? Shes still active and does all our housework daily. Would love some guidance on this!

I'm taking atorvastatin, 10mg, for my hyperlipidemia. I'm a bit worried if this might cause a drop in my blood platelet count. Could you help me understand the risk?
Atorvastatin is not known to directly cause low blood platelet count. However, in rare cases, some individuals may experience a decrease in platelet count while taking atorvastatin. If you notice any unusual bruising or bleeding, please consult your healthcare provider.
