My brother has phimosis and can't pull his foreskin back. He only noticed this recently but doesn't have issues with erections or peeing. However, he's been experiencing premature ejaculation during masturbation. Is this because of phimosis? What are the treatment options, and can surgery be done at his age? His wedding is in August would recovery be possible by then? Need advice as soon as possible.

I'm noticing that my right testicle isn't sitting in the same position as my left one. The right side hangs lower, and I've also observed that the right testicle is bigger than the left. Is this something I should be worried about or maybe get checked out?
Thats normal for everyone,no need to worry

Can I use coconut parachute oil as a lubricant for masturbation? Is it safe, or are there any side effects I should be aware of? Also, are there any other oils that might be better?
Coconut oil, including parachute coconut oil, can be used as a lubricant, as it's generally safe for external use. However, it may cause irritation or disrupt the natural balance of vaginal flora for some people. It's important to test it on a small area of skin first, and if you experience discomfort, consider using a water-based lubricant specifically designed for intimate use.
