My brother just found out he has typhoid fever. Can you help me figure out a good diet plan for him? Like, what foods should he eat and what should he stay away from? Also, any tips on how we can keep everything hygienic during this time would be really helpful.

The doc suggested a blood and urine test; everything came out normal except my S Typhi O levels, which are 1160 positive. Does this mean I have typhoid? I'm not running a fever, though, my temperature is just around 97. Could this still be typhoid even without a fever?

I'm a bit worried because I've been dealing with a stuffy nose, heavy head, and mild fever between 99.4 to 100.4 for the past couple of days. I think it started after being around smoking at a lounge party. Tonight, I took a crocin to help with the fever and a Montek LC for the stuffy nose and allergyIve used these before. Im also on hypertension meds, specifically Concord in the morning and Stamlo at night. Could you let me know if it's okay to mix Montek LC with these hypertension medications?
