My brother's been on anti-TB meds for just over a month now, and he's feeling really sleepy and tired all day. He also feels uneasy, and the meds are bothering his stomach and making him feel warm. How long can we expect these side effects to last with TB treatment?

View allI've been noticing that I only take deep breaths when I think about it, but when I'm busy or asleep, I don't feel the need to. I saw my family doctor, and he told me to do exercise, but I'm constantly thinking about my breathing now and it's making me a bit worried. I've had an ECG and x-ray, and everything's clear. Could you give me some advice?
it is because of your anxiety, so reduce your stress

My dad has been Covid positive for about three weeks now, and he only had mild symptoms so far. But his recent X-ray shows a small pneumonic patch in the right mid and both lower zones. The doctor is suggesting a three-day injection course. Does this sound serious given his Covid status? His oxygen levels are still normal, so Im wondering if there's a specific treatment we should consider.
the medication given by doctor is sufficient.

I've been having these really scary moments just before I fall asleep where I stop breathing and wake up in like a full-on adrenaline rush. It's happening a lot, like 15 to 20 times back-to-back. I thought it was obstructive sleep apnea, so I tried using a CPAP, but that didn't solve it. Then I considered it might be a stomach acid thing and tried Nexium, but nope, still happening. Do you have any ideas about what could be causing this?
refer to psychiatrist
