I've been dealing with some breathing problems lately and I'm worried. My ESR value is 70 and my WBC count is 14,000. I noticed when I used medication for a while, it seemed to help a bit, but now the issue is coming back. Are there any natural remedies or specific foods I should try? And do you have any idea why this might be happening?

View allWhy haven't my cough and thick sputum gone away even after 10 years since taking CAT1? Now I've been diagnosed with MDR, and although I don't have major issues apart from the constant coughing, it's really persistent, especially in the morning. I also get tired easily throughout the day. Could this lingering cough be related to MDR, and is it normal to feel this tired all the time? Should I be worried about missing chest pains or aches? What can I do to manage this better?
take treatment for MDR tuberculosis

I'm 66 and my DLCO report showed moderate impairment. My doctor has prescribed foracort 200, twice daily. Is it possible to use Budesonide-Formoterol Inhalation Powder, specifically the Symbicort Turbuhaler 1604.5 g dose, instead of the foracort 200 inhaler?
Continue symbicort inhaler sos for breathing difficulty.Rest continue all the medications.

I'm feeling this deep and incomplete breathing at random times during the day, and then I get shortness of breath when exercising. A few months back, I was even coughing up blood for about 34 days, and had something similar happen a year ago. On top of that, I'm having these gastro issues like thick and sticky mucus in my stool every 10 to 20 days. I've lost a bunch of weight, dropping to 79 kg over the past 3 years, and I feel like my growth has stopped. Do you have any idea what's going on with me?
do a chest xray and rule out tuberculosis
