In my butt hole, I'm feeling a burning sensation and some pain. It also seems like it's getting smaller because I have to really push when I poop. Can you suggest something? I can't tolerate this.

It sounds like you may be experiencing anal fissures or possibly a hemorrhoidal condition. I recommend consulting a doctor who can assess your symptoms and suggest treatments such as topical creams or stool softeners to help ease the discomfort. In the meantime, try to avoid straining and keep the area clean and moisturized.

I'm experiencing some discomfort and it's been quite concerning for me. I've had pain on the left side of my chest and abdomen, and sometimes the pain radiates from one side to the other, even to the back of my chest. This has been happening for about 15 days now, and the pain seems to come and go in both my chest and abdomen. Sometimes it feels like it's in different spots, maybe the left side, and then suddenly it's on the right. I haven't noticed any cold or fever, which makes me even more curious about what's really going on. I'm currently taking these medications: Normaxin RT, Tryptomer 10 mg, Abphyline, Netova 400, and Covifit. I just received test results back, and the sputum for AFB test is negative. Could you please help me understand what might be causing all this?

My friend was diagnosed with a small hiatus hernia after an endoscopy, and the doctor mentioned surgery isn't needed but suggested an anti-reflux mucosectomy procedure using a laser. He's been dealing with chest pain and breathing issues because of the hernia would this endoscopic treatment actually help relieve his symptoms? Is it worth considering?

I'm kind of worried because I think I swallowed a small chicken bone while eating yesterday. It doesn't hurt right now, but I'm not sure what to do. I've tried gargling and even eating a banana to see if it helps, but nothing's really working. Should I be doing something else, or is this a wait-it-out kind of thing? How serious could this be if it doesn't feel painful?

In this case, it is important to seek medical attention as soon as possible to prevent any complications. In the meantime, you can try eating soft foods like yogurt or pudding to see if it helps dislodge the bone. However, if the bone is still stuck, do not delay in seeking medical help. I recommend you to go to the nearest hospital for further evaluation and treatment.
