Hi Sir/Madam, My grandmother has been admitted to the hospital with a creatinine level of 2.1 and a urinary tract infection. She is also diabetic. I have less hunger and visited a consultant. My creatinine level is greater than 10. The size of my kidneys has decreased: right kidney 8.8 cm, left kidney 8.5 cm. Cortical echogenicity is raised in both kidneys. The pelvicalyceal system is normal in both kidneys. What does this indicate?
