My dad is 63 and has had an enlarged prostate for 10 years, currently on allopathy meds. Lately, he's struggling to start urinating his prostate volume is 21 cc. Is surgery necessary or can Ayurveda help manage this? How effective is Himalaya Himplasia for his condition, and what other Ayurvedic treatments could work?

View allI'm really worried because I've been having issues with frequent urination and my testes are really painful. I recently had some urine culture tests done, and they came back negative. Could it still be possible that I have chlamydia, even though the test didn't show anything? I'm trying to understand what else could be causing these symptoms.
Yes, it is possible to have chlamydia even if your urine culture test is negative. Chlamydia is often diagnosed through a nucleic acid amplification test (NAAT) or a DNA probe test rather than a urine culture. Since you are experiencing symptoms such as frequent urination and testicular pain, it is advisable to get tested specifically for chlamydia using a NAAT or DNA probe test. If diagnosed with chlamydia, the treatment involves a course of antibiotics such as Azithromycin or Doxycycline, as prescribed by your healthcare provider.

I've been married for a year and a half, and I'm having trouble with penetration even when I'm erect. My wife is getting wet enough, but whenever we try, I just can't penetrate. What's going on, and how can we fix this?
This could be due to a condition called **vaginismus** (involuntary tightening of the vaginal muscles) or psychological factors like performance anxiety. I recommend consulting a doctor to evaluate both partners, as this can often be treated with counseling, exercises, or therapy. Youre not alone in thishelp is available.

I've been having this weird ticklish sensation at the bottom of my vagina right when I'm finishing up peeing, and I've noticed my pee's been looking translucent lately. I'm also having trouble holding it inlike, when I have to go, I really have to go, even waking up from sleep. What's going on with me?
The symptoms you're describing, including the ticklish sensation, translucent urine, frequent urination, and nocturia (waking up to pee), could be indicative of a urinary tract infection (UTI), get urine rm and cs done
