My dad is 63 and has had an enlarged prostate for 10 years, currently on allopathy meds. Lately, he's struggling to start urinating his prostate volume is 21 cc. Is surgery necessary or can Ayurveda help manage this? How effective is Himalaya Himplasia for his condition, and what other Ayurvedic treatments could work?

View allI'm 28 and have been struggling with severe erection issues and low sperm count for the past 3 years. I had varicocele surgery on both testicles, but for the last year, there's been no movement in them. I also find it hard to start urinating, and the flow is very slow. My parents are looking for marriage proposals, and I'm really worried about my condition. Which specialist should I see for these problems?
demat opinion is advised to the patient.

I've been dealing with weak erections and really early ejaculation, which I think might be from a lot of masturbation during my teenage years. It's super frustrating, and I'm just wondering how I can fix this issue now. Any advice on how to tackle this?
To address this issue, you can try using medications such as Viagra (Sildenafil) for improving erections and Priligy (Dapoxetine) for managing premature ejaculation. Additionally, practicing relaxation techniques, engaging in regular physical exercise, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle can also help improve your sexual function.

I had a circumcision surgery about three weeks ago and just had an erection with ejaculation. Is this harmful or could it increase my risk of HIV or STDs? Should I be worried about this happening?
Erection post-circumcision isn’t harmful if healing is complete—monitor for pain or bleeding.
