My dad is 65 and has COPD from smoking and exposure to harmful gases for 15 years. He also has a hernia we know COPD isn't curable, but is it safe for him to have hernia surgery now given his condition?

I had gallbladder laparoscopy surgery 6 months ago but now I'm feeling some pain around the incision sites is this normal or should I be concerned?

Pain is normal post surgery ,you can take tab aceclofenac ,orally twice daily for 5 days,if pain persists a repeat USG is advised an a surgery opinion is advised to the patient.
