My dad has been coughing for the past two months, and we've done all sorts of tests including one for TB, but everything came back negative. His CT scan showed he has a parenchymal cyst in the right lower lobe. I'm really worried and not sure what to do next. I've already suggested he uses a Rotacap twice a day, but is there something else we should be considering? What steps should we take moving forward?

View allI'm really worried about my grandfather. He's got bullous emphysema and has to use a nebulizer twice a day. In the morning, he uses Foracort respules and in the evening, Duolin respule. He's also on several tablets like Abflo, Cilacar, Mucinac 600, and a syrup called Ambrolite Levo. Lately, he's been having trouble breathing, especially when he walks or goes to the toilet. I'm wondering if Budecort respules might be a better option than Foracort. Could you give me some advice?
Budecort 200 rotacaps is advised to the patient.Rest continue all the medications.

I'm a 63-year-old woman and I've been dealing with breathing problems for the past ten years. I'm currently using medications like deriphyllin 150, essiflo puff, combimist puff, asthalin inhaler, and otrivin on a daily basis. I've also got a dust mite allergy. Is it alright for me to take all of these every day?
Continue same treatment.Also etophylline orally ,twice daily is advised to the patient.
