My dad has been coughing for the past two months, and we've done all sorts of tests including one for TB, but everything came back negative. His CT scan showed he has a parenchymal cyst in the right lower lobe. I'm really worried and not sure what to do next. I've already suggested he uses a Rotacap twice a day, but is there something else we should be considering? What steps should we take moving forward?

I'm having trouble with my breathing and I'm currently taking Montemac FX and Spirodin 650. I'm really anxious to know how long it'll take for me to start feeling better. Also, I'm curious about what my immune system's condition might be right now. Could you help me understand this a bit more?

I recently went for a chest X-ray and PFT test because I've been having some mild breathing issues. The ECG and echo came back normal, which is a relief. However, I did have COVID about 45 weeks ago, but it was pretty mild, just a 3-day fever and cold symptoms. I took all the necessary meds as prescribed after consulting a doctor. Should I still be concerned about these breathing issues, or is it likely just leftover effects from COVID even after so long?
