I have atrophy and weakness in my left supraspinatus muscle. One doctor recommended suprascapular surgery, but another said it's just an infection and advised physiotherapy instead. I'm confused about what to do should I go for surgery or stick with physiotherapy?

I'm about 4 months into recovering from a D12 compression fracture, but I'm still experiencing severe back pain and my legs feel like they're twisting.
