My dad was diagnosed with a tumor and the doctor said surgery isn't an option. He's barely eating anything and the doctor mentioned it's hard to treat. What can we do to help him feel better or improve his appetite?

My PET scan shows no distant spread and clear lymph nodes, but I have obstructive jaundice and the doctors say it's operable. What are the risks of this surgery and is this type of cancer curable? Really worried and need some clarity
