My dad, who is 58, had a fever about 9 days ago but got better after we took him to the doctor. But heres the thinghes had these really persistent hiccups for the last 7 days. At first, they just wouldn't stop. Weve been giving him coconut water and cold water which seems to help calm them down a bit, but they keep coming back. He's also on a light diet. We're worried about what this could mean. Is this something serious? Can you suggest any remedies or next steps?

I'm really worried because my histopathological report for a tuberculosis ultrasound-guided biopsy came back negative, but my CT scan shows I have enlarged lymph nodes and tuberculosis. I've been on anti-tuberculosis treatment for over three months, but I'm not seeing any improvement. My abdominal pain is getting worse, especially in the upper abdomen. Could it be something else? The biopsy was negative for cancer, and Buscopan injections don't relieve the pain at all. Only Tramadol helps. What could be causing such severe pain, and are there any tests that could help figure this out? Someone mentioned a capsule endoscopy - could that be useful?

I'm a bit concerned about my recent blood test results. My SGPT is 61 and gamma GT is 46, while everything else seems to be normal. For example, my SGOT is 27, ALP is 107, LDH serum is 282, bilirubin is 0.4, total serum protein is 7.6, albumin is 4.3, and globulin is 3.30. Should I be worried about the elevated SGPT and gamma GT? What could this mean for my liver health?
