He's also feeling weak and has body pain. We started him on antibiotics, like allopathic medicine, but it doesn't seem to be helping much. What should we do next?

I'm dealing with a runny nose and got Montair LC tablets for it, but now I've caught a fever. Is it alright to take Dolo 650 or another paracetamol along with it? Just want to make sure I'm not mixing meds wrong.
