My dad's been dealing with a bad cough and cold, and the doctor prescribed Clavam 625mg for him, which I know has Amoxycillin. But I remember his urine test from two years ago showed he's resistant to Amoxycillin. Should I be concerned about whether this medication will actually work for him?

I'm a bit worried about my C-reactive protein levels. I just got my results back, and it's showing 41 mgL. Can you tell me what this means for my health? And do you have any advice on how I could bring that number down?

C-reactive protein (CRP) is a marker of inflammation in the body. A level of 41 mgL indicates moderate inflammation. To reduce it, you can consider taking over-the-counter nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as ibuprofen. Additionally, lifestyle changes such as regular exercise, maintaining a healthy weight, and following an anti-inflammatory diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and healthy fats can help reduce inflammation. High levels of CRP are associated with increased risk of cardiovascular disease, autoimmune disorders, and chronic inflammatory conditions. It is important to address the underlying cause of inflammation to prevent long-term health complications.

I ate with my hands just about 3040 seconds after using a hand sanitizer and could still smell it on my hands. The sanitizer has 70% Isopropyl Alcohol, and I read somewhere that consuming it can be harmful. My hands were dry when I ate, but I'm a bit worried if there's any risk from the sanitizer residue. Is everything okay?

I'm feeling feverish on and off for the last couple of weeks, but every time I take my temperature, it's at 98.6. I've also got a bit of a sore throat, but I'm not having any issues with breathing or a dry cough. A person in my building was diagnosed with coronavirus a few days ago, and it's making me really anxious. I'm not sure what's happening with my health since I've never felt this way before. Any advice?

1. *Self-monitor*: Continue tracking your temperature and overall health. 2. *Mask up*: Wear a mask when leaving your home or interacting with others. 3. *Social distancing*: Maintain a safe distance from others, especially in your building. *Medical Consultation* 1. *Call your doctor*: Schedule a teleconsultation or in-person appointment to discuss your symptoms and concerns. 2. *Disclose exposure*: Inform your doctor about the COVID-19 case in your building. *Anxiety and Stress Management* 1. *Stay informed*: Follow credible sources (e.g., WHO, CDC) for COVID-19 updates. 2. *Practice relaxation techniques*: Engage in activities like deep breathing, meditation, or yoga to help manage anxiety. 3. *Connect with others*: Reach out to friends, family, or a therapist for emotional support.
