I'm dealing with a diagnosis of TB lymphadenitis and it's got me worried that I might pass it on to my family. Is there a risk of transmission? Also, can this condition be identified with a sputum test?

No, tb lymphadenitis does not spread nothing to worry ok.

I've been dealing with a cough for about two months now. It kicked off with a cold, mostly staying dry, but whenever I get a cold again, it turns into a productive cough. Interestingly, after about a month and a half, it went away for like five days, but then both the cold and the cough came back. I've tried different medicines, but nothing seems to help. I'm genuinely worried about what's going on. What could be causing this persistent cough, and why aren't the medicines working? Any advice or should I be concerned?

take a course of antibiotics

I've been dealing with a cough for about 20-25 days, sometimes it's wet, sometimes dry. I even caught a cold twice during this time. Initially, it was just a mucusy cough, but now I've got this mild pain in my chest, mostly on the left side but sometimes on the right too, and my chest feels heavy a lot. The mucus changes color, sometimes dark and thick, other times light and yellowish, but no blood. Most of the cold symptoms are gone now and the mucus has lessened. I smoked for about four years, around 3 to 4 cigarettes a day, but havent smoked in over two months since things got worse. There's no family history of similar issues, and I haven't had a fever. Could this just be a chest infection or is it something more serious? Please let me know what you think.

try syrup ascoril twice a day for 1 week
