My dad's been dealing with MDR TB for over 3 months now, and we're waiting on the culture test results. It's a pretty long treatment, like 2 years, but he's been vomiting every day. Any idea what we can do about it?

I'm a bit worried about my CT scan results. It showed a soft tissue attenuation lesion and several lung nodules, with the largest being 9mm. I had a bronchoscopy and the biopsy results came back normal. Should I still consider getting a PET scan, or is it alright to just let it be? I'm not sure how to proceed and would really appreciate your insight.

I'm a smoker who has quit recently, and I'm really interested in knowing how I can clean my lungs now. Could you tell me where I might be able to get this done and what the costs might look like? Also, if you could explain a little about the procedure, that would be great.

Hi, it's great that you've quit smoking! To help clean your lungs, you can undergo a treatment called pulmonary rehabilitation, which includes breathing exercises, exercise therapy, and sometimes medications. The cost can vary depending on your location and the clinic, but it typically ranges from 1,500 to 5,000 per session. It's always best to consult a pulmonologist to determine the most appropriate treatment plan for your specific needs.
