My dad's ultrasound found 3 kidney stones around 10mm in his left kidney and a 9mm gallstone. His feet stay swollen all the time but no pain yet. The doctor recommended surgery but I'm wondering if stones this big can be treated without surgery and how long the removal process usually takes

I'm having this issue where it's really itchy inside my penis, and it's happening pretty often. I'm married, so I'm not sure what it might be. Should I see a doctor? And if I do, what exactly should I tell them about what's going on? Any ideas on what could help with this would be great.

Yes, it's essential to consult a doctor to determine the cause of the itching inside your penis, which could be due to a fungal or bacterial infection, allergy, or skin condition; be honest with your doctor, sharing details about the itching, such as when it started, frequency, and any other symptoms like discharge, redness, or pain; your doctor may perform a physical examination, take a sample for testing, and prescribe treatment, which could include antifungal or antibacterial medications, creams, or ointments.

I'm thinking about getting a frenuloplasty, and I've got a few questions. How much should I expect it to cost, and how long will it take for me to recover completely? I'm also a bit anxious about the pain level after the surgery. Is it going to be really intense? Appreciate any advice you can give!

Frenuloplasty surgery typically costs between $500 to $2,000, depending on factors like the clinic, location, and complexity of the procedure. Recovery usually takes about 1-2 weeks, with most patients resuming normal activities within a few days. Pain is usually manageable with over-the-counter medications, and any discomfort typically subsides after the first few days.
