I used to be diagnosed with sleep apnea, but I've been using a CPAP machine, and my sleep has improved quite a lot since then. Despite that, I sometimes notice muscle weakness in my thighs and calves, and I also have lower back pain. An MRI showed that I have a bulging disc that's pressing on my nerves. I'm really perplexed about the heavy tongue and would love some insights on why that might be happening.
