My eardrum is retracted and now it's ballooned up. I'm a pilot and really worried will this heal on its own or do I need surgery? It's been bothering me a lot and I'm not sure what to expect.

I've had Meniere's disease for about 2 years now and currently trying homeopathic treatment - are there any other treatments or surgeries that could completely cure this condition

I've been dealing with an irritation on the left side of my throat, and it even makes my ear itch. It's just a little uncomfortable, especially when I'm eating. I've been smoking for a while now, and this has been going on for about a month. I'm getting a bit worried about what's going on here. Any idea what's causing this and what I should do?
