My eardrum is retracted and now it's ballooned up. I'm a pilot and really worried will this heal on its own or do I need surgery? It's been bothering me a lot and I'm not sure what to expect.

Retracted eardrums can range from mild to severe. Some get better on their own, and some need treatment. It's important to visit a healthcare provider if you think you might have a retracted eardrum. In some cases, it can lead to conditions like ear infections and temporary or permanent hearing loss.

I've been sneezing non-stop and my doctor mentioned trying nasal sprays. How often can I safely use them each day? Are there any side effects I should worry about? Also, could you recommend a good nasal spray by name?
Nasal sprays for allergies are usually given once in a day 2 sprays per nostril. Also it depends on the compound in the spray.Usually sprays for allergies do not have any side effects and can be used safely for a long time. But there are also other nasal sprays which shouldnt be used for more then 3-4 days.

I've been feeling a heaviness in my head over the last few days, and I think it might be due to wax buildup in my left ear. Could an ear infection be causing this heaviness? I'm really curious to understand what's going on.
