My eardrum ruptured six months ago from using a cotton swab and still hasn't healed. There's some mild pain but no pus. Is it normal for it to take this long to heal or would I need surgery?

View allI'm experiencing an odd sensation where it feels like my throat is pushing outward whenever I eat or breathe, and there's a bit of pain around my Adam's apple. What's going on with my throat? Is this something I should be worried about?
. Rest. Get plenty of sleep and rest your voice. Drink fluids. Drink plenty of water to keep the throat moist and prevent dehydration. Try comforting foods and beverage. Warm liquids broth, caffeine-free tea or warm water with honey and cold treats such as ice pops can soothe a sore throat.

I'm really concerned about my mom, who's 58 and diabetic. She's been taking vertin16 daily for the past year to help with her tinnitus. I'm wondering if it's safe for her to get the Covid vaccine while she's on this medication?

I've had really bad nasal congestion worse on the right side for 2 years now and my CT scan showed polypoidal mucosal thickening in all my sinuses plus a mild S shaped nasal deviation. My ENT put me on Montek 10 mg and Flutiflo nasal spray but I'm not getting much relief. Tried Ayurveda too with no luck. I'm diabetic, hypertensive and hypothyroid on meds - really don't want surgery but need something that'll actually work. What's the best medical treatment option for me?
Chronic sinus congestion with polyps and deviation responds to intranasal steroids, antihistamines, balloon sinuplasty, and possible biologic therapy before surgery.
