My eardrum ruptured six months ago from using a cotton swab and still hasn't healed. There's some mild pain but no pus. Is it normal for it to take this long to heal or would I need surgery?

View allmy brother has a hole in his right eardrum and hears sounds but they're muffled. he's been on nutramore tablets and azeflo nasal spray for a year as prescribed by the doctor. is there any other treatment besides surgery or meds that can help heal the eardrum hole
The effectiveness of Ayurvedic or Homeopathic treatment depends on the specific condition and individual response. Some mild cases may improve with alternative therapies, but more serious issues might need conventional medical or surgical treatment. It's best to consult both specialists for a balanced approach.

I'm really worried about my husband. His neck is swollen on the left side, behind the ear, and it doesn't hurt. Our ENT specialist did a fine needle test and the microscopy report says there's no sign of cassation granuloma or malignancy. They mentioned something about a reactive lymphoid aspirate and advised excision if there's clinical suspicion for Koch's. Can you help explain what all this means? We also tried two weeks of antibiotics and the swelling seems to be getting smaller. I'm trying to understand if we should still be concerned.

I've had these white pimples or spots on the back wall of my throat for a week now, and there's no pain. Initially, I felt a mild tingling when eating dry or condensed foods, but that's gone awayjust the spots remain. I saw an ENT and was prescribed Sompraz L, Sucrale O, and montelukast. It's been a week of medication, and the spots are still there without any pain. I don't smoke or drink alcohol. Should I get any additional tests, or will this clear up on its own? How many more days should I wait? I've attached a photo for reference.
