My earlobe is naturally big even though I don't wear heavy earrings. The top part is closed but the bottom is open is it possible for the hole to close completely without surgery? I don't want more procedures on my ear, what are my best options?

I recently had an accident and got some wounds on my hands. My doctor mentioned using fusee ointment, but I'm not sure how long I should continue applying it.
