My earlobe is naturally big even though I don't wear heavy earrings. The top part is closed but the bottom is open is it possible for the hole to close completely without surgery? I don't want more procedures on my ear, what are my best options?

View alli'm an 18-year-old guy dealing with gynecomastia and feeling pretty self-conscious about it. is surgery the only option to fix this? also, how much would the procedure usually cost?
Gynecomastia usually goes away without medical treatment. The breasts flatten out within a few months to a couple of years. If gynecomastia is very severe, there is medicine that can help. And if gynecomastia lasts past puberty, surgery can reduce the size of the breasts.
