My mom has a high grade ACL tear and the doctor recommended surgery but we're worried about the risks so we're trying ayurvedic treatment instead. There's a well-known ayurvedic doctor who gives her a lape to apply on and below the knee along with some oil. Can an ACL tear actually heal with ayurveda or is surgery the only real option?

Conservative tt for ACL tear for 1st and 2nd degree. Surgery is advised for 3rd degree rear.Ortho opinion is advised .
