My ESR rate is 25. The doctor said it could indicate an infection. I want to know what type of infection this might be.

ESR of 25 is mildly raised, suggests inflammation not specific to any infection. Needs correlation with symptoms. Basic infection screen may help.

I had COVID a few months ago and tested negative after 14 days. Today, I received my COVID vaccination, as 3 months had passed since recovery. I have been experiencing chest pain in the upper and middle areas, and my doctor said it is likely muscular. He also took a blood sample for a CBC test. I am attaching my report for review. My ESR is 22 mm/hr (normal range 0 to 20). Is this concerning?
