My eyes have been giving me a lot of trouble lately it's affecting my daily work and making everything really frustrating. I can't focus properly, and it's getting hard to handle. What can I do to manage this without needing surgery?

My right eye has always looked smaller than my left since I was a kid, and it makes that side seem a bit droopy. I've attached a photo is there any kind of surgery that could help the right eyelid open more to match the left one?
It is called ptosis. It can be improved by doing ptosis surgery.get complete eye check up by eye surgeon, if possible with oculoplasty surgeon.discuss with him/her pros and cons of surgery and your expectations from surgery

I'm thinking about getting LASIK surgery but I'm worried about the side effects like dry eyes how long does that usually last and are there other complications I should know about
