My father is 62 years old and is currently taking medications for heart disease, including Thyronorm 50 mcg, Uprise D3 60,000 IU, NVM M12 (once daily), Deplatt, Roseday 20, and Dilzem SR. I have attached his recent lab report. Kindly review it and provide your suggestions regarding his condition and treatment.

For heart patients, regular checkups are important. His medications seem standard. Just ensure routine monitoring for kidney, liver, and cholesterol values. Consult his cardiologist with the lab reports. Keep proper check of blood sugar levels too.

I have been following a healthy diet and exercising regularly, and I have successfully lost around 8 kg. I avoid sugar, use minimal olive oil, and include green vegetables and other healthy foods in my diet. Previously, I had fatty liver, but the related values have now returned to normal. However, despite my efforts, some values in my recent reports, specifically HDL, triglycerides, and LDL cholesterol are not improving. I am 28 years old, 5.6 inch tall, and currently weigh 68 kg. I have attached my reports. Could you please help me understand why these values are not coming down and if there is anything else I should be doing?
