Since my first menstrual cycle I had irregular periods. During the last three years the problems have increased, including lower abdomen pain during the delayed period as premenstrual cramps. The cramps are less painful during the periods but due to bloating the flow has not been good. I sneeze a lot when the blockage happens and then the flow is released with lumps. My stamina, resistance to infections, immunity, memory, and other health aspects have decreased over time with an increase in headache resulting in migraine, nausea, restlessness, bad mood, anxiety, and back pain. Digestion has also been an issue during the last three years as I traveled to a few cities which led to stomach infections that took more than a year to improve. Still the problem exists. This time I got the results of the tests and I am attaching them here. Vitamin D25 hydroxy is 41.26 nmol per L. Looking at all my problems, please let me know natural solutions and vitamin supplements?

Your symptoms suggest hormonal imbalance, likely PCOS or endometriosis, worsened by low vitamin D and gut health issues. Natural support includes improving gut health probiotics, clean diet, managing stress, regular exercise, and correcting vitamin D deficiency through safe sun exposure and supplements. A gynecologist and endocrinologist consult may help.

I naturally have a menstrual cycle of 45 days, and whenever there is a delay in my periods, I take Deviry, which usually helps me get my periods. However, this time, even after taking Deviry, my periods have not arrived. I am attaching my hormonal lab tests and blood report for reference to help diagnose my condition.

I have not had my periods since 20th February, despite having normal blood reports and other test results. Lately, I am experiencing a lot of pelvic/abdominal pain. This is not due to pregnancy.
