I wanted to know whether my report is normal or not, as I am not pregnant and did this test along with other hormonal tests.

If you are not pregnant and undergoing hormonal tests, each result needs interpretation in context (FSH, LH, TSH, prolactin, etc.). Please consult with a gynecologist or endocrinologist.

My last period was on 10th September and since then I have not had my period. My ultrasound of lower abdomen report shows mild free fluid in cul de sac and polycystic pattern of my right ovary with multiple small peripheral follicles and central echogenic stroma in my right ovary. What does it mean?

I want to conceive. My report says both ovaries are bulky in volume with a PCO pattern, and there are multiple small follicles seen with central echogenic parenchyma. The right ovary volume is 23 ml, and the left is 13 ml. Can I get pregnant or not, and is this a serious issue?
