My forehead is significantly darker than the rest of my face, and its been this way since 2014. Its really embarrassing, and Im hoping to even out my skin tone. Can you suggest any natural methods to lighten this darkened skin? I'm looking for effective ways to make my face have a consistent skin tone.

I've had these papillae on the left side of my tongue for about a month now, with four of them there. I started taking a daily Zincovit tablet around 15 days ago, but I haven't noticed any improvement. They don't hurt or anything, but I'm just concerned. Could you advise on what might be going on or suggest something that could help?

I've been reading up on vitamin D and its impact on hair health, and I'm a bit concerned. I'm 23 years old and was recently told I have a vitamin D deficiency. My 25 OH hydroxy vitamin D test results show I have about 23ngmL. Could this deficiency be causing my hair loss? I'm pretty worried and would love some advice.

Vitamin D deficiency has been linked to hair loss, particularly alopecia areata, telogen effluvium, and female pattern hair loss; with a 25(OH)D level of 23 ngmL, you have a moderate deficiency; supplementing with vitamin D (1,000-2,000 IUday) and maintaining a balanced diet rich in omega-3 fatty acids, zinc, and biotin may help promote hair growth and reduce hair loss.
