I've noticed a dark patch around my waist, groin, and below the pelvic area. I'm a bit worried about what might be causing it. Could this be something serious, and is there a way to treat it? I'd really appreciate some guidance.

Hi there! I'm here to help with your concern about the dark patches in your waist, groin, and below the pelvic area. To provide you with the most accurate assessment, could you please upload a photo of the affected areas? This will help me better understand the condition and suggest appropriate treatment options.
In the meantime, here are a couple of questions to help me gather more information:
When did you first notice these dark patches, and have they changed in size or color over time? Do you experience any other symptoms in these areas, such as itching, pain, or any kind of discharge?

View allI'm looking for some advice on diet and medication after having PRP treatment. I'm hoping to get the best results possible. Also, I've heard about MORR F Red and I'm a bit worried. If I start using it, could it cause problems if I decide to stop later? What do you think?
After PRP treatment, it is important to follow a healthy diet rich in proteins, vitamins, and minerals to support hair growth. Additionally, you can consider using Minoxidil solution (brand name Rogaine) to promote hair regrowth. As for MORR F, it is a combination medication containing Minoxidil and Finasteride. Finasteride helps to prevent hair loss by blocking the hormone responsible for shrinking hair follicles. However, it is important to note that Finasteride may cause negative effects if stopped abruptly. Therefore, it is recommended to consult with your healthcare provider before starting MORR F and to follow their guidance on proper usage and discontinuation.

I'm having a tough time after my fissure surgery. The doctor gave me potassium permanganate and told me to sit in warm water with it for 20 minutes. It seemed okay at first, but when I went back to work and walked around, the skin outside my anus started to burn really badly. Now, it's happening again and again. What should I do? Can you help me figure this out?
After fissure surgery, to alleviate the burning sensation, apply a topical analgesic cream or ointment, take regular sitz baths with potassium permanganate as directed, and consider using a donut-shaped cushion to reduce pressure while sitting,
