Phimosis is a condition where the foreskin can't be pulled back from the head of the penis. It's normal in babies and small children, and they usually grow out of it. It can also be caused by infections, scar tissue, and skin diseases, and may need to be treated with steroid cream or surgery

View allI've got multiple cysts on my scrotum, and they were surgically removed back in 2002. Is there a laser treatment option for this now? If so, where could I get it done, and who would be the right specialist to help with it?

My foreskin is really tight and sealed, and the tip stays very narrow and closed no matter what. From what I've read online, it sounds like phimosis. I don't have any pain when peeing though. Who should I see about this and what's the usual treatment? Would I need surgery right away?
If you're uncircumcised and your foreskin is too tight, you may have phimosis. While symptoms may be uncomfortable, you can treat phimosis with topical medications or it may go away with age. Usually, the foreskin of an uncircumcised penis can be pulled back from the head (glans) of the penis
