my friend is dealing with serious intestinal problems and the cect report shows some issues. they're struggling financially and private hospitals are quoting 2 lakhs for surgery which they can't afford. are there any treatment options that could avoid surgery and which government hospitals would be good to approach for this? also what's the likely prognosis in this situation

View allI've been feeling this cramping-like pain on the right side of my abdomen, and my doctor advised I get an ultrasound and some blood work done, including an LFT. The results came back, and everything looks normal, even my liver size. But then it says I've got a Grade 3 fatty liver. Is it normal to have such a thing when the other tests are fine? How common is this, and what should I be doing about it? Could there be some underlying serious issue I should be worried about?

I usually avoid eating fruits because I'm not a fan, but the other day my friend's mom insisted that I try some papaya. Now, I'm dealing with a pretty bad stomachache and I feel bloated. Do you think the stomach pain is from eating the papaya? How can I get some relief and feel better soon?
Actually pappaya is good for health but some are irratable to pappaya , if you get same symptoms next its better to avoid rather than taking medicines

I've been experiencing this weird sharp pain in my stomach whenever I take a deep breath in, like yawning. It's really concerning me because my stomach is also feeling super bloated and hard. I'm just wondering what could be causing this and if it's something I should be worried about?
Could be a sign of gas or indigestion. I recommend taking an antacid like Tums (calcium carbonate) 500mg tablets to help with the bloating and indigestion. You can take 2 tablets as needed, up to four times a day. Additionally, you can try Simethicone (Gas-X) 125mg chewable tablets to help relieve gas.
