My friend found this lump on the lower right side of her breast. It's about the size of a glass marble and is really painful. It also seems to move a little when you touch it. We're both really worried about what it could be. Is this something serious, and what should we do next?

View allMy mom is 40 years old and has a 6 cm uterine fibroid in the anterior myometrial wall. The endometrial echo also shows a slight polyp-like structure, so there are issues in both the endometrium and myometrium. She also has PCOD, though not too severe. Despite all this, she has regular periods with no symptoms. Can homeopathy completely cure her? We don't want surgery, but can you assure a full recovery? Could you share more details about this?

My wife had an IUI on the 20th and 21st of August, and it's been about 15 days now, but she hasn't noticed any major pregnancy signs. The only thing is she's feeling a bit dizzy in the afternoons. Could you let us know when pregnancy symptoms usually start? We're just a bit anxious.
Hello, it's not unusual for pregnancy symptoms to vary or be absent in the early days. Dizziness could be related to hormonal changes, but it's not a definitive sign. I recommend waiting a couple more days and doing a pregnancy test if her period doesnt start. Wishing you the best!
