My grandma is 60 and has been blind for about a year now. The doctors back home say her eyes are completely damaged naturally, but she wants to explore an eye transplant to regain her vision. Can you suggest the best hospitals in India or Bangalore for this procedure? Also, what would the approximate cost be so we can plan accordingly before bringing her to Bangalore?

I had cataract surgery 4 months ago and was prescribed systane ultra eye drops with polyethylene glycol and propylene glycol to use twice daily for a year. It's quite expensive are there any other options for managing dry eyes that might be more affordable? Sometimes my eyes still feel dry even with the drops.
