My grandmother recent blood reports show the following, sodium level is 119, CRP is 238, and postprandial blood sugar is 582. She also has hypothyroidism and is currently on medication for ischemic heart disease, cholesterol, and hypertension. She is extremely weak and has lost her appetite. Are these report values very serious, and what should be done next?

I am suffering from high grade fever of 104 degrees F with sore throat and nasal congestion. Blood tests for dengue and malaria are negative, and the urine test report is normal. My CRP level is 32.
