My grandmother recent blood reports show the following, sodium level is 119, CRP is 238, and postprandial blood sugar is 582. She also has hypothyroidism and is currently on medication for ischemic heart disease, cholesterol, and hypertension. She is extremely weak and has lost her appetite. Are these report values very serious, and what should be done next?

Very low sodium, high CRP and sugar indicate critical condition. Needs hospital care, electrolyte correction, infection control. Monitor closely.

View allMy baby is having fever and when tested, the blood report showed a CRP level of around 28. I want to know what can be done so that it comes under 10, as under 10 is considered normal. Are there any fruits or vegetables my baby can eat? Or any syrup or tablet that can help bring it under control? Please advise.

I am suffering from high grade fever of 104 degrees F with sore throat and nasal congestion. Blood tests for dengue and malaria are negative, and the urine test report is normal. My CRP level is 32. I received the second dose of Covishield one week ago. What could be the cause of the elevated CRP level? I am already taking medication for high cholesterol and hypertension.
