my granny is 70 and her knees hurt a lot is knee replacement an option for her can you suggest some good doctors or hospitals and what would be the best package for both knees

For a 70-year-old experiencing severe knee pain, knee replacement is a viable option, and it's often considered a life-changing procedure to improve mobility and reduce pain. A comprehensive consultation with an orthopedic surgeon specializing in joint replacements is the first step to determine if it's the right choice, and they can guide you on the best package options for both knees.

View allI've been dealing with scoliosis for a while now and the chronic back pain is really affecting my daily life. Even simple tasks are becoming difficult. I'm considering surgery but I'm worried about it are there any other treatment options that could help me avoid going under the knife?
MRI lumbar spine is advised.

I'm 18 and have bow legs that seem to be getting worse. I don't want surgery but cycling is getting harder even though I've been doing it for weeks. Are there any physical exercises that can actually help fix bow legs or at least stop them from getting worse? I don't have pain yet but I'm worried it might start soon. What would you recommend?
While exercises cannot permanently fix bow legs (Genu Varum), they can help manage symptoms and potentially slow their progression. For an 18-year-old with bow legs, a combination of strengthening, stretching, and mobility exercises can be beneficial

I'm starting to get some pain in my left knee whenever I walk about half a kilometer. I had a screw put in there at your hospital 7 years ago. I'm really curious if I should be looking into getting the screw removed or if it's okay to continue living with it. What's the best way to go about this?
