My hair's really falling out a lot. I'm using Sebamed shampoo, Qilib lotion, and Clonate lotion. Do you think these will help? I'm really stressed because I have female pattern hair loss due to PCOD. Can my hair grow back?

View allI've got these two cuts behind my right ear that just won't heal and they've been there for nearly a year now. They ooze, scab over, and get really crusty. There's no rash, and they don't look like any eczema pictures I've found. I've tried prescribed creams but nothing helps. What could this be, and what should I do next?
Could be indicative of a condition called chronic otitis externa. In this case, I would recommend using a combination of an antibiotic and steroid ear drops to help with the inflammation and infection. You can try using Neomycin-Polymyxin B-Hydrocortisone ear drops twice a day for 7-10 days. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry, and avoid scratching or picking at the scabs to prevent further irritation. If the symptoms persist or worsen, it would be best to follow up with your doctor for further evaluation and management.

Ive noticed that my pubic area has become quite dark, and there are blackheads and small boils not just there but also on my thighs. Is this something I should be worried about, and what can I do about it?

I've been struggling with these ugly dark spots on my legs for over a decade now. They're from allergic reactions to insect bites and I've also had a habit of picking at the swellings. I'm really frustrated and am wondering if Mederma might be the solution. I've heard about glycolic peeling too, but lasers are just way out of my budget. What do you think I should do?
That could be keratosis pilaris ,maintain personal hygiene, apply moisturizer twice a day,it takes time to hela but will be cured no need to worry.
