My HbA1C is 5.8 percent. Is it normal or do I have to worry about it? Please advise as I am very much worried about it.

An HbA1c of 5.8% falls in the pre diabetic range (5.7 to 6.4%). It does not mean you have diabetes, but its a warning sign to be careful. With good diet, exercise, and weight control, this can be reversed. No need to panic just start healthy habits.
Dr. Shaik Suggests...
Take a HbA1c Test (Hemoglobin A1c) Test or Take a FBS (Fasting Blood Sugar )Test Test

View allI have had three pregnancy losses, the first and second pregnancies ended at 6 weeks, and the third ended at 10 weeks due to cardiac failure. My doctor advised both my husband and me to undergo peripheral blood karyotyping to check for any chromosomal abnormalities. I have attached both of our karyotyping reports. Could you please review them and let me know if the results are normal? Additionally, I would really appreciate your guidance on how to plan for a healthy pregnancy in the future.

I did the HBA1C, OGTT, and TSH tests as recommended by a doctor at Cloudnine. My report shows HBA1C 9.7, average glucose 231.69, fasting sugar 191 high, 1 hour post load 326 high, 2 hours post load 398 high, and TSH 7.325 high. These values are higher than normal. What would be your suggestion regarding diet or medicines?
