View allHello, I have purchased a health policy and the policy issuer has raised concerns over the medical tests conducted from their end. My father HbA1c test has come out marginally increased at 6.2 in his blood report. Because of this, the issuer is not willing to provide the policy to my father. At present, my father is not taking any medicines and this matter is troubling me.

My test report in March/April showed HbA1C 9.0, and my current report shows HbA1C 4.6. I used to take insulin, but since September I have been taking tablets as prescribed: Glyciphage SR 500 twice daily before meals and Voglitor MD 0.3. My current FBS is 92 and PPBS is 128. Kindly let me know what I should do?
