My head always feels really hot, and I'm not sure why. I'm a bit worried and wondering if there's something I could do to help with this. I've been using coconut oil dailycould that be affecting it? Any advice or solution would be appreciated.

Excessive head heat can be due to various factors like stress, anxiety, hormonal imbalances, or poor scalp circulation; to alleviate this, try applying coconut oil mixed with a few drops of peppermint or lavender essential oil to your scalp, practice stress-reducing techniques like meditation, yoga, or deep breathing exercises, maintain a healthy diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, and consider incorporating herbal teas like chamomile, hibiscus, or green tea to help regulate body temperature and promote relaxation.

View allI've been dealing with acne and my face is always oily. I'm currently using Lacne Bar and Acnilite ZN but it seems like the issue is getting out of hand. Could you recommend any medication or other ways to help me control the oil and acne?
I recommend adding a topical retinoid cream like Retino-A to your current regimen for acne. Apply a pea-sized amount on the affected areas at night. For oily skin, you can use Sebamed Clear Face Care Gel to control oil production. Additionally, consider using a gentle cleanser like Cetaphil Oily Skin Cleanser twice a day. Remember to use a non-comedogenic moisturizer like Neutrogena Oil-Free Moisture SPF 15 during the day. Make sure to follow this regimen consistently for best results.

So, I'm dealing with chickenpox and it's pretty painful and uncomfortable. I've heard that smoking weed might help with the pain and the uneasiness. Is it okay to try that, or could it make things worse?
No, it is not recommended to smoke weed during Chicken pox as it can have negative effects on your immune system and overall health. Instead, you can take over-the-counter pain relievers such as Acetaminophen (Tylenol) to help with the pain and discomfort. Additionally, you can use calamine lotion or oatmeal baths to soothe the itching. Make sure to stay hydrated and get plenty of rest to help your body recover from Chicken pox.
