My height is 5.6 and weight 69 with breast size 38D. I've noticed my breasts are sagging is there any way to tighten them without surgery or changing their size? I'd prefer non-surgical options if possible. What would you recommend?

While you can't completely eliminate sagging or change breast shape without surgery, you can improve the appearance of your breasts and potentially slow down the process of sagging through non-surgical methods. Focus on strengthening the pectoral muscles with exercises like push-ups and chest presses, maintaining a healthy weight, and wearing a supportive bra

I'm planning to get a hair transplant but I live alone is it safe to go through the surgery by myself or should I arrange for someone to be there with me? I'm a bit worried about managing right after the procedure since I won't have help at home
You can manage alone, but having someone for the first 24–48 hours helps, especially for medications, food, and support. Arrange minimal chores post-op to avoid discomfort.

Is there a way to fix facial asymmetry without surgery, especially around the eyes and jaw? My facial muscles feel weak what type of specialist should I see for this?
Yes, facial asymmetry can often be addressed non-surgically, especially for milder cases around the eyes and jaw. If you suspect facial muscle weakness, a specialist in facial paralysis or a dermatologist with expertise in non-surgical cosmetic treatments should be consulted.
